IRS Neoprene Booties from Immersion Research's are made with an insulating and durable 3mm neoprene river shoe set into a very rugged vulcanized rubber sole. The zipperless ankle-height booties are low maintenance and easy to get on. The silk screen on the side is color-coded by size:
