The Paddleboy ATC All-Terrain Center Cart from Seattle Sports was updated in 2017 with a new matte black frame and cobalt accented wheels, the Paddleboy™ ATC is a great center cart for loaded canoes and kayaks, john boats, and other larger crafts, including dinghies and Lasers. The heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame breaks down nicely for low profile storage. New airless wheels are flat-free and vibration reducing, with solid urethane tires. A spring-loaded, extra-stable kickstand, adjustable padded top bars, and included cinch strap complete this super heavy-duty cart. The ATC has a 300 pound capacity.

    Not quite what I expected

Posted by Dennis on May 9th 2018

Just got this last night and assembled it - that involved only attaching tire/wheels units. THOUGHT I ordered a product with metal wire spokes. This has plastic wheels and I'm concerned for durability. Also, it's supposed to fold up though that seems to require taking off wheel axle lock nuts on each side. Haven't tried folding it yet - just got home & just got the email but, if I'm right, then potential for misplaced removed locknuts very much my concern. A missing locknut renders useless the carrier. Hmmmm... what if I'm 4.5 miles in the Adirondacks? Hope plastic wheels stand up to use on the trail. Hope I don't loose my nutz also.

RESPONSE FROM COMFYKAYAK: Thanks for your review. We apologize that we had not updated the images on this page to the new model prior to your purchase. We think you will be happy with the new model because the new tires are stronger, more durable and you don't have to worry about a flat tire. Let us know if you are still not satisfied and we will find the appropriate solution.
