Built with larger paddlers in mind, the Tall Back Classic Kayak Seat from Surf to Summit is a thermorformed seat that features a comfortable ergonomic lumbar support section that is literally welded to the foam to provide years of back support. You will never have to deal with fabric tearing or ripping that can occur on sewn kayak seats. If it tears, we will replace it. The seat back and seat bottom are both made from rugged 600 denier fabric. The surprising result of this intensive process is a soft, licra-like feel to the fabric that feels good on the skin. The cross-linked closed cell foam structure is what gives the seat the extra support you need.
