The First Mate's Seat - Kayak Seat with optional rod holders and extra cushion from Watersports Warehouse is a sturdy, deluxe kayak seat which won't fold under stress due to its 11" fiberglass battens for added back support and front and back strap configurations, which offer great support for your lower back. Extremely solid and very affordable, this is the same seat as the Captain’s Chair except that it lacks the bottle holder and side pocket. Customize it by adding rod holders or for kayak fishing or added cushion for your behind.
