The 8 Foot Floating Anchor Stick - Black from YakGear provides the favored anchoring method in shallow coastal water as well as for anchoring in shallow lakes and streams. It comes with a multi-purpose handle which provides a firmer grim when dealing with difficult bottoms. Flip it around and use it to push your boat off a shoreline or out of some mud. The shaft is made with 7/8″ vertical and horizontal pultrusion-formed fiberglass for unsurpassed strength. Its handle and point are made of rigid nylon. Best of all, it floats!
